Resume : Luke Bélanger and Marcel Marois launch the televion show Cardio Tae Boxe, broadcast on TQS from 1999 to 2003. The first videocassette for beginners is released in November 1999, followed by the second for intermediates and advanced in June 2000. A videocassette for children will be published in October 2000. In October 2004, a 3-in-1 DVD featuring Cardio Tae Boxe for beginners, Cardio Tae Boxe for intermediate and advanced videotape, and Taerobic is released.
